About the PRQ Pendants

R&M's PRQ pendant controllers feature an ergonomic design for easy one-hand operation of your crane. The light-weight design allows operators a more comfortable grip to better control the crane or hoist. The PRQ pendant controller is designed to be used in conjunction with the Spacemaster® SX wire rope hoists, LK electric chain hoists, and all crane packages.

  • 2-step pushbutton contact block for hoist, trolley, and bridge movements 
  • Housing material is fiberglass reinforced polyamide 66
  • Certificates: CE, cUL, CCC 
  • RoHS, PAHs (ZLS ZEK 01.4-08) and WEEE directive compliance
  • Optional selector switch, key switch, and specialty function buttons available

    • push-to-maintain, turn-to-release, red button head
  • Start button
    • momentary contact block and booted, green pushbutton
  • Optional selector switch
    • keyless, available either in a 2 position or a 3 position
  • Horn is activated from the START button
  • Pushbutton contacts for all motions are 2-steps and mechanically interlocked
  • Pushbuttons return to the "off" position when the crane operator releases pressure

R&M offers two crane pendant controllers:

  • PRQ pendant controller – An ergonomic, pistol‑grip hoist control pendant with 2, 4, 6 or 10 button configurations for hoist, trolley, bridge and auxiliary functions.
  • PD pendant controller – A classic, linear industrial crane pendant controller with a single row of buttons, start and emergency stop (e-stop) and options for auxiliary controls.
